Position Duties: Plan, direct, and manage information technology projects. Gather and
document functional
requirements for new e-commerce applications based on discussions with the business with
systems flow, data flow, and data dependencies. Translate information requests from
customers involving ambiguity into actionable tasks for developers. Plan and coordinate
requirements gathering sessions, solution analysis, project kickoffs, standups and status
meetings with the clients at client locations. Create and manage e-commerce deployment plans
for long-running initiatives, and coordinate with team day-to-day progress. Assist
ED/Marketing Manager in meeting yearly business targets, ensure continuous business for the
Company. Conduct internal sales efforts and input data sets in the V-Tiger CRM System.
Create sales performance reports using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
Obtain information from clients and other sources for the preparation of bids and proposals,
review offers received, RFQ including specification, drawings, and other information from the
clients. Understand the client’s requirements such as the technologies platforms with a heavy
focus on technologies including CIC++, (Windows and UNIX/Lin ux), NET, Java/J2EE, SQL
Server, and Oracle. Compile Technical and Commercial Proposal. Coordinate with the BD
Marketing Manager before submissions to the clients. Manage the proposals in time, discuss
them with the marketing head, submit them to the clients, and maintain a close follow-up with
the clients. Create projection reports using Microsoft ft SQL Server Reporting Services
(SSRS). Take full responsibility for conversions of various cost elements in the preliminary
budget revisions in case of contract award and forward to project management department
after compilation through ED/Marketing Manager. Assist ED/Marketing Manager in preparing
a marketing strategy and business development plan to meet the yearly objectives and targets.
Provide market intelligence for BD / Marketing, identify potential pitfalls and hurdles, and
suggest and implement ways to remove these hurdles. Identify and develop new clients while
maintaining regular liaison with existing customers. Maintain large data sets for the purposes
of data- warehousing and Business Intelligence using SQL Server SSIS and Cognos/Report
Studio. Responsible for full-cycle recruiting. Develop and execute comprehensive search
strategies to recruit senior and niche candidates in limited candidate spaces.
Requirements: Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.,
or foreign
equivalent plus 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or related. Experience in IT project
resources management, business development, and P&L management.. Available to work at
various unanticipated client sites in the U.S. with possible limited national travel (1-2 times per
year).
